Castelul Kemény din Brâncoveneşti a fost devastat și ridicat iarăși, pus la pământ de războaie și refăcut a treia oară. Perioada de liniște absolută i-a fost cea din timpul cenaclului Helikon. Acesta aduna, la chemarea lui Kemény János, scriitori care au făcut ca acesta să fie, vreme de două decenii, cel mai important spațiu de întâlnire al oamenilor de cultură din Ardeal. În amintirea acelor vremuri, curtea Castelului găzduiește și acum masa Helikon.
La Idicel-Pădure am întâlnit și noi o minune, ce poartă nume omenesc de Rafila Moldovan. Este parte a tezarului uman viu al României și una dintre comorile Mureșului. Din banii de pensie și-a ridicat în curtea casei un muzeu cu de toate cele românești.
Pe Rafila Moldovan am întâlnit-o îmbrăcată în cătrință de lână prinsă cu lorineață, în cămeșă albă de pânză și pieptar, pe cap cu o năframă și în picioare cu opinci. Ne-a pregătit, ca să vă spunem și vouă despre ea, o ZAMĂ DE PĂSTĂI CU PLĂCINTE DE BRÂNZĂ.
Pe Valea Mureşului, drumul merge împreună cu apa de la care i se trage numele și se spune că aceste ar fi cele mai frumoase locuri pe care râul le vede, în drumul său dintre Hășmașu Mare și vărsarea în Tisa. Acum, el poartă blazon de rezervație naturală, parcurge cursul superior al Mureșului și desparte atât de pitoresc Munții Călimani și Gurghiu.
La Deda, rămâne să deschidem cartea de citire, acolo unde Eminescu scrie cuprinzător despre ceea ce a găsit pe-aici, în vara lui 1866. „Ascuns în maluri dormea Murăşul și de departe se vedeau munţii mei natali, uriaşi bătrâni cu frunţile de piatră spărgând nourii şi luminând ţepeni, suri şi slabi asupra lor”. Este poveste despre Valea Mureșului, prinsă în paginile „Geniului pustiu”. Dragostea pentru plaiurile acestea este îndestulătoare cât să credem că, într-adevăr, Eminescu a scris „Sara pe deal”, cum se spune, tocmai la Deda. Așa se fac poduri peste timp și peste locuri, ca să le fie trecerea bună pe-aici oamenilor frumoși. La fel cum e și desertul ce pare-a spune povești de demult: BUCTE CU PRUNE.
La Scaunul Domnului se poate ajunge și din Deda. Minunatul monument natural, aflat la o înălțime de 1.381 de metri, se vede în zile fără ceață chiar și din Târgu Mureș. Se spune că acolo va sta Dumnezeu la Judecata de Apoi.
Răstolița este punct de plecare în căutarea altor înălțimi maiestuoase. Intrarea în Munţii Gurghiului se face pe Valea Iodului, iar în Călimani se ajunge pe văile Răstoliţei şi Vişei, care vă fac privelişte către Parcul Naţional Călimani. Ca să ajungi sus, treci prin rezervaţia de jnepeniş, ajungi lângă Lacul Iezer și ești aproape apoi de partea cea mai de poveste a Călimanilor. Ți se înfățișează Negoiul Unguresc şi Pietrosul, cel mai înalt vârf muntos din judeţul Mureş. Aici, la 2.100 de metri, pare că îngerii îți vorbesc în șoaptă! Tu le-ai putea povesti și lor ce sunt aceia PUPCI CU BRÂNZĂ ȘI CU PRUNE, PE FOAIE DE VARZĂ.
Este chiar punctul unde crezi că ești în județul Mureș, dar dacă faci doar un pas la stânga ajungi în Harghita iar unul la dreapta te va duce în Suceava. La fel este și cu Ardealul, Bucovina și Moldova, pe toate le poți cuprinde într-o privire, printr-o întoarcere de o secundă pe călcâie.
Drumul spre Vârful Pietrosu are frate și în Lunca Bradului și merită făcut pentru bucuria ochiului și a sufletului. Aici toate au miros de brad și apă de munte! Și, cu ele la-ndemână, dacă vreți să simțiți și un gust nemaiîntâlnit decât prin părțile astea, merită să încercați un MIEL LA JAPĂ FĂCUT LA JAR DE FAG.
A marosvécsi Kemény-kastélyt lerombolták és újjáépítették, a háborúk során újra lerombolták, és harmadszor építették újra. Az abszolút csend időszaka a Helikon kör működése idején volt. Kemény János hívására összegyűltek azok az írók, akik két évtizeden keresztül a helyet az erdélyi kultúra képviselőinek legfontosabb találkozóhelyévé tették. Az akkori idők emlékére a kastély udvarán ma is megtalálható a Helikon asztal.
Idécspatakon egy élő csodával találkoztunk, akit Rafila Moldovan-nak hívnak. Románia emberi kincsének része és Maros egyik kincse. Nyugdíjpénzéből múzeumot épített háza udvarán minden román specifikummal. Amikor találkoztam vele hagyományos népi viseletet hordott, lorinnal rögzített gyapjúruhát, fehér vászoninget mellénnyel, a fején fejkötő, lábán saru. Elkészített nekünk, hogy is meséljem el, egyfajta BABLEVEST SAJTOS PITÉVEL .
A Maros-völgyben az út együtt jár a vízzel, amelyről a nevét kapta, és azt mondják, hogy ezek lennének a legszebb helyek, amelyeket a folyó lát, a Nagyhagymástól a Tisza torkolatáig vezető úton. Most a természetvédelmi terület címerét viseli, átmegy a Maros felső folyásán, és festői módon választja el a Călimani és Gurghiu hegységeket.
Dédánál kinyitjuk az olvasókönyvet, amelyben Eminescu átfogóan ír arról, hogy mit talált itt 1866 nyarán. „A partba bújva aludt a Maros, és messziről láthatóak voltak szülőföldem hegyei, kőhomlokú öreg óriások, akik áttörték a felhőket világító csúcsaikkal, szürkén és gyengén felettük”. Ez egy történet a Maros-völgyről, amely a „Geniul pustiu” (Üres zseni) lapjaiban jelent meg. Az e tájak iránti szeretet elegendő ahhoz, hogy elhiggyük, Eminescu valóban Dédán írta a „Sara pe deal” (Este a hegyen), című versét. Igy készülnek az idők és helyek fölötti hidak, hogy a szép emberek átkelése jó legyen. Akárcsak a desszert, amely mintha régmúlt időkről mesélne: a SZILVÁS BUKTA.
Istenszékére Dédából is el lehet jutni. Az 1381 méter magasságban található csodálatos természeti emlékmű ködmentes napokon még Marosvásárhelyről is látható. Azt mondják, hogy Isten ott fog ülni az utolsó ítéletkor.
Ratosnya kiindulópont fenséges magasságok kereséséhez. A Görgényi-hegység bejárata a Jód-völgyön található, a Kelemen havasokat pedig a Ratosnya és Visa völgyein keresztül lehet megközelíteni, ahonnan kilátás nyílik a Călimani Nemzeti Parkra. A csúcs eléréséhez át kell menni a borókarezervátumon, elérjük a Jézer-tavat, és akkor már közel vagyunk a Kelemes havasok legmesésebb tájához. Előnkbe tárul a magyar Negoiu és Pietrosul, Maros megye legmagasabb hegycsúcsa. Itt, 2100 méter magasan úgy tűnik, hogy az angyalok suttogva beszélnek hozzád! Te is elmesélhetnéd nekik, hogy mi az a KÁPOSZTALEVÉLBE GÖNGYÖLT SAJTOS ÉS SZILVÁS GOMBÓC.
Pontosan ez az a pont, ahol azt gondolja, hogy Maros megyében van, de ha csak egy lépést tesz balra, már Harghitában van, egy jobbra lépés pedig Suceava-ba viszi. Hasonló a helyzet Erdéllyel, Bukovinával és Moldvával is, mindhárom egyszerre megpillantható, egy másodperces sarokfordulattal.
A Pietrosu-csúcshoz vezető útnak van egy testvére Lunca Bradului-ban, melyet érdemes megtenni a szem és a lélek örömére. Itt minden fenyő és hegyi víz illatú! Ha ezekkel együtt egy soha nem tapasztalt ízvilágot szeretne megismerni, próbálja ki a NYÁRSON, BÜKKSZENEN KÉSZÜLT BÁRÁNYT.
The Kemeny Castle in Brâncoveneşti was destroyed and rebuilt, kneeled by wars and restored for a third time. Its period of absolute quietness was the one during the Helikon reading club. He would gather, on the call of Kemény János, writers who contributed to this space’s reputation as the most important meeting place of people of culture in Ardeal for two decades. In remembrance of those times, the backyard of the Castle also hosts the Helikon table.
We met a wonder in Idicel-Pădure, bearing the human name of Rafila Moldovan. She is a part of Romania’s living human heritage and one of the treasures in Mureș. She built in the backyard of her house a museum filled with Romanian-based items by paying it with her pension money. We met her dressed in a Romanian wool peasant homespun skirt wrapped up with a lorineață, in a white canvas shirt and a breastplate, wearing a kerchief on her head and clogs in her feet. She instructed us in order for us to share it with you on a PODS PEASANT SOUP WITH CHEESE PIES.
On the Mureş Valley, the road walks together with the water giving it its name and the story goes that these would be the most beautiful places the river sees on his path between Hășmașu Mare and its influx in the Tisa River. This river currently bears the blazon of a natural reservation, it crosses the superior path of Mureș and parts the ever so quaint Călimani and Gurghiu Mountains.
When in Deda, we will open the reading book where Eminescu comprehensively writes on his discoveries here, in the summer of 1866. „Hidden in the sludge Murăşul would sleep and from far away one could see my homeland mountains, huge old people with stone foreheads breaking into the clouds and casting a stark, grey and weak light on them”. This is a story on the Mureș Valley depicted from the pages of his writing „Geniu pustiu – Lonesome Genious”. His love for these lands is satisfyingly enough for us to believe that Eminescu truly wrote his famous poem „Sara pe deal – Evening on the Hill” as one says, precisely in Deda. This is how bridges are built in time and over places, in order to harmonize the crossings of beautiful people. Such as the dessert which seems to tell old tales: BUCTE WITH PRUNES.
One can reach Scaunul Domnului also from Deda. The wonderful natural monument, located at a height of 1.381 meters, can be seen during days with no fog even from Târgu Mureș. One say that this is the place where God will stay on the Judgement Day.
Răstolița is a key point in departing to find other majestic heights. The entry to Gurghiului Mountains is made on the Iodine Valley, and the Călimani Mountains can be reached via Răstoliţa and Vişa Valleys, opening a view towards the Călimani National Park. In order to reach the peak, one must cross the juniper reservation, reach the Iezer Lake and then get close to part of the Călimani Mountains most resembling a fairytale. The Hungarian Negoi and the Pietrosul lay out in front of you, the latter being the highest mountain chain in Mureş County. Here, at a height of 2.100 meters, it seems as if angels speak in whispers to you! You could tell them, in turn, about the CHEESE AND PRUNES OVEN-MADE PIE ON A CABBAGE LEAF.
This is the place where you believe to be in Mureș County, but should you take a single step to the left you reach Harghita County and if you take one step to the right, you are in Suceava County. The same applies to Ardeal, Bucovina and Moldavia, you can grasp them all in one sight, by turning your heels for a second.
The road towards the Pietrosu Peak has a brother also in Lunca Bradului and is a sight worth seeing for the eye and soul’s joy. This is the place where everything smells of Christmas trees and mountain waters! And with these on hand, should you want to feel a taste one can only feel here, a LAMB ON A ROD MADE ON A BEECH FIRE is an experience worth trying.
